For the ceremony, Sundew was dressed up with additional flags and banners. She was tied up along the backside of the DECC, with the Duluth Aerial Lift bridge in view off to the left.

There was a security zone set up around Sundew during the decommissioning. This motor lifeboat from Coast Guard Station Duluth was patroling around Sundew during the entire ceremony.

Sundew was flying a wide variety of flags for the ceremony. One thing that I'd never noticed was that she flies a Minnesota state flag. It makes sense, since her home port is Duluth, MN.
