A Russian/Czech two seat advanced trainer/liason aircraft, utility transport. This example used to be owned by Bob Pond and based at Flying Cloud's Planes of Fame East Air Museum, which is where I was introduced to the type. This airframe has been re-engined with a much more powerful American powerplant than the original Russian engine.
