One of my all time favorite pieces of software is called Request Tracker. It is an open source software package that was created by Best Practical<\/a> and is designed to be used for issue tracking. A common scenario is for tracking tech support requests. I’ve always thought it was a great piece of software and today I discovered that O’Reilly Media<\/a> has published a book called RT Essentials<\/a>. If O’Reilly publishes about anything, you know it is good.
