I hate to admit it, but I&#8217;m a fan of the show <a href=\"http:\/\/dsc.discovery.com\/fansites\/mythbusters\/mythbusters.html\">Myth Busters<\/a> on the <a href=\"http:\/\/dsc.discovery.com\">Discovery Channel<\/a>.  I was watching Episode 25 &#8220;Brown Note&#8221; of the show the other night and one section was about the so-called &#8220;Chinese Water Torture&#8221;.  You know the one&#8230;.they tie you down and drip water on your head until you go crazy and confess everything.<\/p>\n<p>Jamie and Adam decide to give this one to their &#8220;Mythterns&#8221;, their younger, less experienced counterparts.  This group actual builds a device to do the torture and then tests it on Kari, one of the mythterns.  They shackled her to the device and then brought in a paramedic to monitor her.  I have to say that I was a bit surprised by the result.  I thought it would just be annoying to her, but nothing really painful.  Instead, they had her reduced to tears and begging to be let out after a little over an hour of the &#8220;torture&#8221;.  Who&#8217;d have thought? <\/p>\n<p>Incidentally, if you haven&#8217;t watched Myth Busters, you are really missing out!
