I mean it.  The outside air temperature is -16 F and the windchill is a numbing -34 F.  This is the coldest it has been in the Twin Cities area in a really long time.  They said on the news tonight that we were lucky.  In parts of Canada, the air temperature (without windchill) reached -60 F.  That&#8217;s crazy!<\/p>\n<p>At times like this, I really wish I lived in California or Florida or something.
